About Sarah Zero

At Wellstruck, Sarah curates and facilitates an intimate membership community, mastermind groups, events, and a podcast — all with the goal of inspiring conversations and relationships between folks who are committed to using their core genius for good. Informed by her expertise in brand strategy, experiences, and design, her move to community development was driven by a deep belief in the power of small business owners working collaboratively.

Beginning with intimate roundtable discussions in 2013, Sarah perfected a magic format that inspired real, vulnerable conversation and collaborative problem-solving to combat loneliness and imposter syndrome. Since then, Sarah has: hosted 100+ roundtables (in-person and virtual); worked with 500+ business owners throughout the U.S. mid-Atlantic; survived ovarian cancer; spoken on conference panels and podcasts; and perfected the art of moderation that inspires connection, curiosity, courage, and confidence.

Beyond work, Sarah can be found playing weekly Quizzo with friends in Philly, taking a pottery class with her partner, exploring the neighborhood creek, and devouring the work of Brené Brown, Elyse Myers, Priya Parker, Nedra Glover Tawwab, and Tig Notaro.
