We asked Daniela Galdi a few questions about her life as the owner of Down to Business with Daniela (Personal Business Consulting Services). She’s an entrepreneur, entertainer, consultant, and on air host. Get to know her below!
Tell us about your business!
Daniela: One division of my personal brand is offering business consulting and media strategy through services under Down to Business with Daniela. I offer solution strategy for career and business from start-up to high-level corporations on business development; marketing strategy; media production; administration-building and rebuilding structure in foundation; or providing guidance for new directions.
What accomplishment are you celebrating right now?
Daniela: I'm on TV! After a long period of working towards being an on air host and brand representative on QVC, I am now the backup host for Lori Greiner on QVC! My background is in entertainment and I've always been drawn to television — to be able to marry my love for entertainment, work promoting a brand I've believed in for years, and share solutions that help add ease, inspiration, and happiness to a person's life is a dream come true.
What keeps you motivated?
Daniela: At the core of everything I do is helping others find happiness, inspiration, and purpose so they can live the lifestyle they want. I want people to know they are not alone and I will be their biggest fan. My favorite part for consulting is when I get to experience the "ah ha" moments. That moment when the impossible becomes possible and confidence strikes along with the realization that, whatever the IT may be, they really CAN do it. I also love meeting people and hearing their story or process that's gotten them to the point I meet them at. The biggest reward is seeing a client implement a strategy we've developed and hear it is working for them!
What's one tip you want to share with other entrepreneurs?
Daniela: How about one tip for every day of the week?! Always focus on what can go right. Avoid making problems in your head on change that scares you. Take critique and opinion to improve yourself or your craft or idea, but don't let what others say stop you. Ask yourself, "what does it look like for me?" The fear of "it" is worse than the actual "it." Approach every person and situation with love and kindness. Don't try to be different, try to be you.
What's your favorite app or resource of the moment?
What are you listening to lately?
Daniela: Leon Bridges has been getting me through my work from home days!
What are you crushing on?
Daniela: Sophia Bush
What inspirational words resonate with you recently?
